While we hope that you are always satisfied with your CharlieCurls purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product or require some additional product support to ensure satisfaction. If you will need to return your product, please review our return policy information below.

100% Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty on our Original CharlieCurls No Heat Hair Curler

Should your CharlieCurls ever break, we have a 100% Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty! Please let us know if anything happens and we will replace your CharlieCurl No Heat Hair Curler. Please get in touch with us directly by calling us at 877-888-8151, sending a letter by mail, or by submitting a message through our Support Contact form. (Currently, we do not offer a manufacturer warranty on our Hair Mister or our Wooden Comb, but if they arrive damaged, please see our Exchange and/or Damaged Products Policies below).

Return Policy

Here is our return policy information:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
  • Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
  • Please mail your CharlieCurls.com return to:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
  • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

 Only items purchased on www.CharlieCurls.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from CharlieCurls.com cannot be returned or exchanged at salons/retailers that sell CharlieCurls, Inc. products.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.

  • We accept exchanges on items purchased on beautyforreal.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
  • Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
  • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our team members may reach out to you for further information.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

Damaged Products Policy

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged upon receipt, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days, except those covered by the Manufacturers Warranty (currently only the Original CharlieCurls No Heat Hair Curler). Very rarely the inner device inside our CharlieCurls has become unattached for a few customers. If you happen to have your CharlieCurls inner wire device become unattached/break, we will replace it as we have a 100% Manufacturer Warranty on our Original CharlieCurls product.
